STEP 1: Brainstorm! Collaborate! Create! Get together with your friends and make a cinematic masterpiece. All you need is an idea and a camera. Your film can cover any genre you want - animation, film noir, western, epic adventure, experimental - the ball is in your court!
STEP 2: Edit and Finish! Once all the filming is done, do whatever preparing or editing you need to do before sending it in. You can send it in on either a DVD or MiniDV (but don't send your master copy - it won't be returned!).
STEP 3: Submit, Submit, Submit! Once everything is ready to go, submit your masterpiece!
Be sure to download the submission form to send in with your film.
Submissions must be received no later than 9pm on July 23, 2010 to be considered for showing. Be sure that your film follows the guidelines and fill out the submission form to be sent in with your film. Please use one form per film. You may:
1) Drop off your submission at the Young Adult Zone at the Main Branch of the Rockford Public Library
or

STEP 4: Cross Your Fingers! Our panel of industry professionals will review your films after the final submission deadline and we'll let you know whether or not your film has been selected for this year's Mosaic Student Film Festival!
